Round Top Guard Rail HL-05 HL-06 HL-07 HL-37 Series/Conveyor Anti-Collision Side Guard Strip
Our HL series round top guard rail is a curved arc anti-collision side protective accessory for roller conveyor systems. It adopts composite structure: metal support frame matched with wear-resistant PE or UHMWPE plastic surface. The smooth R7 round top arc design eliminates sharp edges, effectively avoid scratching pallets, cartons and goods during conveying process.
We supply two frame material options: lightweight aluminum alloy frame for light-load conveying, sturdy stainless steel frame for heavy-load long-term operation. Two color choices (white / green) can match different factory workshop styles. All finished guard rails are produced in fixed standard length of 3 meters per stick, customized cutting length is available on request.

Important Order Instructions:
1. All round top guard rails are default produced as 3 meters per piece. If you need fixed short lengths, please inform us customized cutting demand before placing orders.
2. HL-05 / HL-06 adopt aluminum alloy+ PE, white & green two colors available; HL-07 stainless steel + PE with dual color options; HL-37 series stainless steel frame only with white surface.
3. Model suffix “-1” stands for PE wear layer; suffix “-2” stands for high wear-resistant UHMWPE layer, select according to your daily conveying load and working frequency.
4. Confirm frame material, size and color before order to match your conveyor equipment perfectly.
