Diverter Flat Top Guide Rail HL-43-1 HL-43-2
Our Diverter Flat Top Guide Rail is composite conveyor wear strip specially designed for automatic conveying, sorting and diverting production lines. The base frame adopts stainless steel for strong structural support, matched with low-friction PE or UHMWPE wear-resistant outer layer, effectively reduce friction between conveyor chains and rails, protect workpieces and extend equipment service life.
Two standard models HL-43-1 and HL-43-2 share the same 43mm overall width and cross-section size, only differ in plastic wear layer material, to meet ordinary wear resistance and high wear resistance working conditions respectively. All rails are produced in fixed 3-meter length, uniform white color, support on-site cutting to any required length.

Cross Section Fixed Dimensions: Total width 43mm, middle slot width 3mm, bottom U-slot inner width 17mm, total height 21mm, mounting slot height 8mm.
