Our HL series flat top guard rail is a composite anti-collision side protection accessory specially designed for roller conveyor systems. It adopts a stainless steel inner support frame combined with wear-resistant PE or UHMWPE outer plastic layer, with uniform white appearance. The integrated flat-top structure can effectively block pallets, cartons and goods from deviating or falling off the conveying track, reduce scratch and collision damage of materials and equipment.

Built-in stainless steel metal bracket provides strong supporting force, no bending or deformation after long-term extrusion impact. The outer plastic layer is tightly combined with the steel frame, not easy to peel off in high-frequency operation.

– PE Type (model suffix -1): Economical choice, low friction, suitable for light-load, low-frequency intermittent conveying, cost-effective for warehouse auxiliary lines.
– UHMWPE Type (model suffix -2): Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, outstanding wear resistance, self-lubricating, low noise, perfect for heavy-load continuous automatic sorting lines with long service life.
3. Flat Top Anti-Collision Baffle Design
The raised flat top barrier limits lateral movement of pallets and goods, effectively prevent material falling off the conveyor, reduce equipment collision loss and product surface scratches.

2. Distinguish material by model suffix: “-1” stands for PE light-duty material; “-2” stands for UHMWPE heavy-duty wear-resistant material. Select corresponding material according to your daily conveying load and operating frequency.
